Refund Policy

Screenshotor is a digital API. Credits are spent when a capture is accepted. A charge is for access to the monthly credit allowance, not for a physical good.

How to cancel

Cancel a subscription any time in the Creem customer portal or from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Credits already used are not restored.

Refunds

If a paid plan did not work and you have not used the credits from that charge, email support@screenshotor.com within 14 days of the charge. Include the email on the Creem receipt. We will review the request and, when a refund is due, ask Creem to return the payment. Creem processes the refund because it is the merchant of record. Tax shown at checkout is calculated by Creem for your location.
